Description
Lotus Apothecary Project
Alleviate's Executive Prevention Package is provided ONLY for the general
public for the Preventive Care Purposes and this package is not available
for the general patients. This package includes six(6) treatments per year and please
refer to the package as follows:

Total 6 Immune Modulator Treatments per each time - Four (4) times a year |

Assistant services: airport pick-up/ride,
transportation, and general assistances for errands, scheduling, accompanying
patient to appointments, & concierge service during the treatment
period. |
Other Treatment Expenses (Optional
choice)
Extensive blood diagnosis at the beginning, during and at the end of the treatment:
(i.e. blood test, special dietary supplements, etc.)
Restaurant -
Special
Meal Choice (Vegan) are recommended from the menu card during the treatment period.
Accommodation -
4~6
Days are required to stay to complete the treatments each time and
the applicant will stay in a hotel during the treatment period. The applicant's
flight schedule and reservations are required to be informed in advance.
